3.4. Not to infringe on others' property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests such as ownership rights, intellectual property rights, personal data protection rights, etc.
3.5. To immediately notify Biofarma Laboratories Ltd. and the relevant authorities of any case of committed or detected violation in the use of the provided services.
3.6. Not to engage in malicious actions.

4.1. To deny access and cancel user registrations.
4.2. To refuse orders without any cost to the user. In this case, www.cobaccolove.com owes no compensation to the user except to refund amounts paid in advance by the user when technical errors occurred in publishing the information.

5.2. Does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the published product information.
5.3. Together with its suppliers or third parties, it bears no responsibility under any circumstances for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of information, or others arising from the use, inability to use, or results of using the cobaccolove.com online store. V. GOODS
1. The goods sold are the property of BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD.
2. The customer sees on the www.cobaccolove.com website only the products that are currently available. If a customer orders a product that is not available, they are immediately notified by phone.
VI. PRICES AND DELIVERY TERMS
1. Delivery of products with a total value over 35.79€ (70 BGN) is covered by www.cobaccolove.com
2. The delivery price for orders under 35.79€ (70 BGN) is indicated for each specific order along with the product price information and delivery time. The price is determined by the current price list of the courier service provider and is subject to unilateral change from time to time according to the courier service provider's terms. The merchant processes and ships received orders within 2 business days.
3. Fixed-time delivery requirements are charged according to the current price list of the courier service provider. The conditions for fixed-time delivery are determined by the courier service provider's terms. Information about them is provided to the user additionally.
4. Deliveries are made only within the territory of Bulgaria and only after confirmation by the user. A representative of the online store www.cobaccolove.com contacts the user by phone to confirm the order and specify the delivery day. Orders received before 15:30 on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next business day.
5. Delivery to an address is made by courier within the working hours announced by the courier service provider. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and official holidays.
6. The delivery time is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days from the date of shipment. BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
7. Orders received before 15:30 on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next business day. All requests from Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
8. The user is obliged to check whether the contents of the shipment correspond to their order before paying the price when cash on delivery is selected. By paying the order price (for cash on delivery) and the delivery fee (in all cases) and signing the delivery documents, the user gives their consent to the type and content of the delivery.
9. If the goods are not delivered for various reasons during courier delivery, the courier is obliged to visit the address a second time within the same business day or the next business day. The second visit is made after establishing contact by phone between the courier and the person who ordered the goods. The second visit is not charged to the customer.
10. In case of advance payment and the customer's refusal to receive the order within 7 days, the value of the products will be refunded in the manner specified by the customer, with payment costs borne by the customer.
11. Due to failure to comply with the delivery day and time set by the user or if the customer refuses to receive their shipment and payment has been made in advance, BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is obliged to refund the value of the products, reduced by the paid delivery fee.
12. The customer has the right to cancel an order at any time before its delivery. After delivery, the customer may withdraw from the concluded consumer contract under the conditions of item 15.
13. In case of an incorrect or missing product, the one requested by the customer will be sent on the same or next business day. An incorrect product will be replaced at the expense of BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD. In case of an incorrect or missing product, the customer does not pay an additional delivery fee.
14. Under certain promotions, the customer may receive the right to free delivery for orders with a value less than 35.79€ (70 BGN)
15. You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase with the attached receipt. The condition for return is that the product is unused, in unopened packaging, and with the manufacturer’s and importer’s labels. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The money will be refunded within 3 days from the date the product is received back by us.
VII. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS

When choosing this payment method, you enter the requested card payment data: card number, expiration date, security code, cardholder name. The service for this payment is provided by a third party – a virtual cashless payment service provider. When using this payment method, according to the conditions of your card issuer, you may be prompted to complete additional steps to verify the payment you requested. These additional steps are governed by the terms of your card issuer.
When paying by card, in addition to the price of the products you purchased, you will also be charged for delivery according to these Terms. In this case, you do not owe anything to the courier upon delivery, except in cases of a change of the declared delivery address and/or other cases according to the current conditions of the courier service provider.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Providing personal data
