REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, send an email to info@biopharmahair.com with your order number and a description of why you are returning the product. Within 3 business days, our team will contact you to clarify the terms and details of the return and refund of the amount you paid. Return shipping costs due to unilateral, unjustified refusal are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made only by bank transfer to the bank account you provide and after presenting the receipt.
PRICES AND TERMS FOR DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
1. Delivery of products with a total value over 70 BGN is covered by cobaccolove.com
2. The delivery price for orders under 70 BGN is specified for each specific order along with the product price information and delivery time. The price for standard delivery to an address or courier office (Speedy) is 7 BGN. The price is subject to change according to the current price list of the courier service provider unilaterally from time to time according to the courier service providerβs conditions. In case of changes, users will be notified promptly via the cobaccolove.com website. Express next business day delivery service is used by default.
3. Charges for deliveries with a fixed time slot are paid according to the current price list of the courier service provider. Delivery conditions for fixed time slots are determined by the courier service providerβs terms. Information about these is provided to the user additionally.
4. Deliveries are made only within the territory of Bulgaria and only after confirmation by the user. A representative of the online store bravenewhair.bg will contact the user by phone to confirm the order and specify the delivery day. Orders placed before 15:30 on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next business day.
5. Delivery to an address is made by courier within the working hours announced by the courier service provider. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and official holidays.
6. The delivery time is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days from the date of shipment. BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
7. Orders placed before 15:30 on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next business day. All requests from Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
8. The user is obliged to check whether the contents of the package correspond to their order before paying the price when cash on delivery is selected. By paying the order price (for cash on delivery) and the delivery fee (in all cases) and signing the delivery documents, the user agrees with the type and content of the delivery.
9. The order is received only by the person who placed the order.
10. If the goods are not delivered for various reasons during courier delivery, the courier is obliged to visit the address a second time within the working day or the next business day. The second visit is made after phone contact between the courier and the person who ordered the goods. The second visit is free of charge for the customer.
11. In case of advance payment and the customerβs refusal to receive the order within 7 days, the value of the products will be refunded by the method specified by the customer, with payment costs borne by the customer.
12. Due to failure to comply with the agreed delivery day and time or if the customer refuses to receive the package and payment was made in advance, BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is obliged to refund the value of the products minus the paid delivery fee.
13. The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before its delivery. After delivery, the customer may withdraw from the consumer contract under the conditions of item 16.
14. In case of a wrong or missing product, the desired product will be sent on the same or next business day. The wrong product is replaced at the expense of BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD. The customer does not pay an additional delivery fee for wrong or missing products.
15. Under certain promotions, the customer may receive free delivery even for orders under 60 BGN.
16. You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the purchase date with the attached receipt. The condition for return is that the product is unused, in unopened packaging, and with the manufacturerβs and importerβs labels intact. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are made within 3 days from the date the product is received back by us.
RETURN
1. When returning products not related to defects or actions of Biopharma Laboratories Ltd, the delivery cost is borne by the user. Goods can be returned if they retain their commercial appearance, the packaging is intact, and they have not been used by the user.
2. Returns are accepted on business days between 09:00 and 17:00 at the address Plovdiv 4003, Vasil Levski Blvd. No. 260.
3. The return deadline is met if the return request is made within the 14-day period.
