General Terms and Conditions for the “COBACCO Everyone Wins” Scratch Card Game

I. General terms and conditions for conducting the Game with scratch cards 

1. These terms and conditions define the manner of conducting the COBACCO Everyone Wins promotional game (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) and regulate the relationship between the Organizer and the individuals participating in the game.

2. The Organizer of the Game is “BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES” Ltd., registered with the Registry Agency, Commercial Register, and the register of non-profit legal entities under UIC 825345987, with headquarters and management address in Plovdiv 4003, 260 Vasil Levski St., contact phone 032 909 808 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

3. The Organizer provides the prizes and manages the conduct of the Game.

4. The official rules of the Game are published on the Organizer’s website www.cobaccolove.com and are valid throughout the entire Game period, as well as until the final settlement of all related matters.

5. Participation in the Game implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. For all matters not explicitly regulated herein, the rules of the applicable Bulgarian law shall apply.

 

II. Period, location, and conditions of the game

6.1 The game runs from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 (inclusive) within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the won vouchers can be used until 31.03.2026 (inclusive).

6.2 Receiving prizes is tied to a future purchase from the online store. www.cobaccolove.com of any value, except in cases of clause 8.1.

III. Prizes.

7. Prizes are awarded after scratching a scratch card or drawing a Golden Card. Cards with discount codes can be used for a subsequent purchase of any value from the online store. www.cobaccolove.com within the promotion validity period. Receiving a prize won by drawing a “Golden Card” is not tied to a purchase, as the prize is received under the conditions of clause 8.1. The cards are distributed through the purchase of a cosmetic product box “December 2025” from bellebox.bg. 

The prizes provided by the Organizer are:

  • Golden cards - complete facial routine - all 4 products from the Cobacco brand - 50 pcs.

  • Code for 30% discount on orders at Cobacco website - 7,700 pcs.

  • Code for 20% discount on orders at Cobacco website - 13,250 pcs. 

  • Code for 15% discount on orders at Cobacco website - 15,000 pcs.


8. After receiving the box from bellebox.bg, the participant reveals the prize they have won, indicated on the card.

8.1 When a Golden Card is drawn, the participant has the right to receive the prize won without making additional purchases. To claim the prize, the participant must contact the Organizer at the email address: info@cobaccolove.com and send a photo of the received Gold card showing its unique identifying mark, the participant’s contact details, and the delivery address within the Republic of Bulgaria. Each Gold card can be used once. The prize will be sent via courier service chosen by the Organizer at their expense. The deadline for claiming a won prize is 31.03.2026.

 8.2 If a discount promo code is won, the participant must make a purchase from the online store  www.cobaccolove.com within the promotion period (until 31.01.2026 inclusive) by adding the desired products to the cart and entering the promo code at checkout. In this case, they will receive a discount on the price of the products ordered. The rules regarding free shipping apply, taking into account the value of the products after applying the promo code. 

IV. Participants.

9. The following are not allowed to participate in the Game:

  • Members of the management bodies of the Organizer of the Game;

  • Members of the management and supervisory bodies, partners, or controllers in companies involved in any form in conducting the Game;

  • Workers and employees of the Organizer;

  • Related persons to the individuals mentioned above, as defined in § 1, para. , item 1 of the Additional Provisions of the Commercial Law.

10. A participant in the Game is any individual over 18 years old who has purchased a “BELLE BOX” box, December 2025 edition, and received a scratch card. Minors and underage individuals are not allowed to participate in the Game.

V. Participation mechanism.

11. The participant receives a card with every purchase of a “BELLE BOX” box, December 2025 edition.

12. To win a prize, the participant must scratch the card and reveal a promo code that entitles them to receive one of the prizes listed above. All cards are winning. In the case of winning a Gold card, the participant is entitled to receive physical prizes without making an additional purchase. 

13.1. The use of promo codes is subject to the conditions in section 8 of these General Terms. 

13.2 Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts in the online store. www.cobaccolove.com.

13.3 Promo codes are valid for purchases made until 31.03.2026 inclusive. 

14. After confirmation from the Organizer, the prize can be received in a manner pre-agreed between the participant and the Organizer, as specified in section 8.1 of these Terms.

VI. Other provisions

15. The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules, with changes taking effect from the moment they are published on the website: www.cobaccolove.com

16. Participants are responsible for informing themselves about any potential changes to the rules.
